Yoga

Yoga is an ancient and complex practice, rooted in Indian philosophy. It began as a spiritual practice but has become popular as a way of promoting physical and mental well-being.

Although classical yoga also includes other elements, yoga as practiced in the United States typically emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana).

There are many different yoga styles, ranging from gentle practices to physically demanding ones. We make our student learn different types of yoga postures on Tuesday and Friday in all badges.

Zumba

Kota Fitness Club promotes authentic strength through natural methods.

One of the modern technique include ZUMBA and Aerobics.

    Because Zumba offers different options, proponents of the Zumba program claim that it is safe for all ages, meaning anyone can participate. Some of the classes are specifically aimed at elderly people.

    Besides its high calorie burning, Zumba can help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce bloodpressure and LDL Cholesterol, and increase HDL Cholesterol.
